Calendar is not showing up on the store, what should i do?

Appointo works in a way where you can add a product to Appointo and it will automatically convert to a service. When you visit that product page a 'Schedule Your Time' button shows up. In certain scenario's it might not show up and you can contact our support to have it fixed. Also you can have a look at the most frequent reasons for it not showing up and try to fix it on your own

Reason 1: The app extension is not activated.


Please follow the steps to activate the extension

Please go to Online Store > Customize > Theme Settings > App Embed and turn on Appointo Calendar



Reason 2: The app is not able to find an Add to Cart button in the store.


An Add to Cart button is important for Appointo to work but different themes have different ways to add it. It is possible that the app is not able to find it. In such cases you can contact our support and they will quickly fix it

Reason 3: Your product is not active


The product needs to be available in the store and Active for the app to be able to work. It is possible that the product is not published or is still in draft state

Reason 4: Your have disabled the product in Appointo


It is possible that you have disabled that product in Appointo or have downgraded to free plan which automatically disables the products
