Group Appointments(Max number of invitees in a slot)

Multiple people booking the same slot is possible through Appointo. With our Group Appointment feature, you can allow multiple people booking the same slot.

Example: Have 10 customers willing to book a 9 AM slot for a service? Book all of them in!

Here’s how:

Head over to Appointo > Appointments > Manage(For 'Event/Conference/Group Session') > Show > Scroll down to 'Is Group Appointment' > Set the count (for all the variants if there are multiple variants)
