How to assign a service to a team member?

You can add team members in Appointo and assign them different service. The team member will get their own portal to check the appointments and bookings and can manage everything from there.

After adding the team member to your team and after they complete the verification for their account, you can assign them to a particular service, here's how:
Please go to Appointments > Manage > Show > Scroll down to 'Assigned members' section. Here you can assign team member/members to a service.

Also, if you assign multiple team members to a service, you can also set assignment rules for your team members and decide(set rules for) how the appointments are assigned to the added team members.

For Existing Bookings - which are received before the team member is assigned to the service:

You can reassign the Booking to a team member, here's how:

Head over to Appointo > Bookings > Manage > Click on 'More Actions' > Re-assign Booking.

Select the team member from the team member list that shows up.

Click on Re-assign Booking and the booking would be re-assigned to the team member.
