The deposit option doesn't show up in the store? What should i do?

Depo let's you take deposit in your store. In general the deposit option show up either on the product page or on the cart page. Please check either of the option to see if it's working or not. If you have checked both the places then it could be due to the most frequent reasons that are as follows :-

Reason 1: The Depo app widget is not activated.


Please follow the steps to enable the widget

Online Store > Customize > Theme Settings > App Embed and turn on Depo?​



Reason 2: You have selected the All Products option but you are checking on the product page


The all products option shows the payment options only on the cart page. Please check the cart page to see if it's showing or not

Reason 3: You have a cart slider and have chosen the All Products option


Generally Depo supports cart slider but there could be a scenario where the app is not able to add to the cart slider. Contact our support and they should be able to help you to add the options in the cart slider

Reason 4: You have multiple checkout button on the cart page


Some stores have multiple checkout button on the cart page. It's ideal to have only one Checkout button since the options can only be added to one of them. Please remove on checkout button and you should see it working fine

Reason 5: The app is not able to find the Add to Cart or Checkout button


In certain cases the app is not able to find the Add to Cart or Checkout button. In such cases contact our support team immediately and they will be able to make the required fixes
