Through workflows, you can set up email/text automation and triggers for your bookings. Below are a few of the use cases for which you can use Workflows (You can also create your own to customize for your business requirement):
Once a customer purchases an appointment, following workflows can be triggered if activated.
To send Multiple Appointment Reminders
To send Follow-up emails or thank-you mail
To send extra info/documentation via mail
To send a feedback link for an appointment
and so on…
Here's how you can configure a workflow, for your store:
Head over to Appointo > General Settings > Workflows.
Add conditions based on which you would like to send the Emails/Texts.
Add Action, you can also edit the content of the Email, based on your preferences. We also support HTML content in Workflows.
Add appointments to workflow, for which you would like to send an Email.
Hit Save Workflow.
Once the settings are saved and workflow is active, your customers will receive an Email through the workflow, for every scheduled appointment, based on the conditions.
