Appointo allows you to send Text/WhatsApp messages to your customers for better open rate and also allows you to receive messages from them as well. You can reply to the customer messages which will allow you to create a channel among your customer.
To activate text notifications please go to General Settings > Text > Activate Text/WhatsApp notification
