How can I check customers replies to Text/WhatsApp messages?

Appointo allows you to send and receive text replies from your customers. We also send an email whenever you get a reply from your customer. To check the reply please go to Customers -> Search the customer -> Manage -> Messages Tab

Currently due to WhatsApp restriction we are not able to received replies from customers on our WhatsApp channel. We will be adding that soon.
