With Depo, you can also charge Deposits on your online store, on the order level, where the payment options show up on the cart page, regardless of the items added to the cart.
Also, the Deposit amount in this case, is based on the total order value of the items added in the cart and not for any specific products.
To enable full-checkout flow for your store, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Head over to Depo > Plans and settings Store Settings > Enable full checkout > Enable the check-box.
Set-up the Deposit/Payment Options by clicking on Add Payment Option > Select the Deposit Amount(X% or Y).
By default, the Full Payment option is disabled; however, if you also want your customers to be able to checkout paying the full amount, you can enable it.
Enter the Store-Text (visible to your customers, when paying the Deposit).
You can also set-up a Minimum cart value, to ensure that the Deposit option is only visible to the customers who add items worth more than the Minimum Cart Value

Remaining Balance Charge:
To charge the pending payment, you would need to head over to Depo > Orders > Manage Order > Charge Pending Payment > Send Invoice and an invoice would be sent to the customer, using which they can pay the remaining balance.
