  No, Shipping is not affected by Depo app. The rules that you have set is applied automatically. There could be cases where the rules you have set applies to the Deposit product as well in such cases we recommend to change the rules for those product and it will work as expectedFew readers

  Depo supports all the payment gateway's that your store supports. Depo works on top of Shopify which means any payment gateway that you store has Depo will support that. • How do i take the remaining payment from my customer?

  After you have taken the first payment you can take the remaining payment based on the flow you have chosen Automated Flow In this flow the cart of the customer is vaulted and a date is set for their card to charge. On that date the card is charge automatically or if you want to charge the card earlier you can go to Orders -Manage -Charge Card.   Yes, Depo charges are on top of Shopify. We incur these charges as we are a bootstrapped startup and don't have any funding.   Please check your Shopify balance to find the amount. Depo works on top of Shopify and does not take the payment.
