Does Appointo support email reminders?

Can we send an automated reminder to customer before our appointment's time? How and where can I set the above setting?

Yes, you can set automated reminders for your appointments in few simple clicks. The above configuration is variant level. So for each new variant, you will have to activate and configure appointment reminder settings. Once configured, it will automatically send  reminders to customers and merchants for all your upcoming meetings. (Available in all paid plans.)

How to set Email Reminder

  1. Click on 'Manage' for the Product
  2. Click on 'Show' for the Variant
  3. Click on 'Send Email Reminder' and set the 'Reminder duration' in minutes. An invitee and you will receive a reminder email before the scheduled appointment
  4. Click on 'Save & Close' to save the above settings

How to customize reminder email's text

Email text can be easily customized from the 'Email Settings' tab.

Click on 'Email Settings' tab and select the 'Reminder Email' template in 'Email Text Customization'.
