Can we send an automated reminder to customer before our appointment's time? How and where can I set the above setting?
Yes, you can set automated reminders for your appointments in few simple clicks. The above configuration is variant level. So for each new variant, you will have to activate and configure appointment reminder settings. Once configured, it will automatically send reminders to customers and merchants for all your upcoming meetings. (Available in all paid plans.)
Email text can be easily customized from the 'Email Settings' tab.
Click on 'Email Settings' tab and select the 'Reminder Email' template in 'Email Text Customization'.
