Can I create a form or ask questions to my customers before booking?
You can do this using our Custom questions feature, which give you a ton of options to choose from, on the type of question**(Text, Email, Radio button, Drop-down, Multi-select, File upload, Date and Date & Time)**, also, you can make the questions as required or non-required based on your choice.
This feature is available on our premium plan and above. With custom questions, you can ask additional questions to your customers before they book a meeting.
Here’s how you can set this up:
Head over to Appointo Dashboard > Appointments > Click on Service Name > Custom Questions > Click on the "+ Custom Question" > Enter the Question > Select the type of question > Select Required/Not Required > Click on the ‘Save’ > Save the configuration and you will be good to go.
