My calendar doesn't show the right timings? How do i fix that

Generally the timings that you enter in Appointo is shown in the calendar but there could be certain circumstances where you see the wrong timings in your calendar and it could be due to the most frequent reasons that are as follows :-

Reason 1: You are not in the same timezone as the store.

While onboarding you setup a timezone for the store. It ensures that the times are considered based on the store timezone. However in the store/website the timezones are automatically converted into customers timezones so that it's easier for them to understand. It could be possible that your laptop timezone and the store timezone doesn't match. To fix this you would just need to match your timezone with the store's timezone or enable Lock Timezone feature

Reason 2: The duration is not correct

In certain scenarios where duration is not added right. It could cause the times to not show up. For example if you have added your timings as 7pm-9pm but the duration is 3 hours the timings would not show up in the calendar as duration is greater than the available time slot. To fix this you can either change the duration or increase the availability

Reason 3: The end times are not correct

In certain scenarios where you do not see the last timing of the day correctly it could be because the end time for that day is not added correctly. For example if you have added your timings as 7pm-9pm and duration as 1hr. It will show 7pm and 8pm in the calendar. If you want 9pm to show up as well you would then need to add 7pm-10pm as 10pm is considered the end timing and not the last slot

Reason 4: If you have connected your calendar. There could be an event in the calendar blocking times

Appointo allows you to connect your external calendar and also reads from the external calendar. If you do not see a day/time it could be possible that you have an event in that calendar which appointo is reading and blocking that time. To fix this you can either remove that event from the calendar or disable 2 way sync after which events will only be added to the calendar and not read
