Premium Plan - Appointo

Our Premium plan is the most preferred paid plan on Appointo. It gives you access to our Advanced features. Such as, Group Appointments, Workflows, Custom Questions, Customer Rescheduling and Cancellation, Change Calendar color and much more.

Functionalities provided on our Premium plan:

Change Calendar Logo:
On our Pro plan, you could only change the Calendar color, to match your store theme; however, on the Premium plan, you could also add your logo to the calendar, to align it completely to your store theme. ​

Workflows:
You can create workflows to send tailored/curated texts/emails to your customers, based on certain conditions and also workflows can be curated separately for each product, so you can be selective about the content. (Bonus: Our Email workflows support HTML content, so you can create a template using HTML and send the Emails using our service)

Group Appointments:
Multiple people booking the same slot is possible through Appointo. With our Group Appointment feature, you can allow multiple people booking the same slot. Have 10 customers who are looking to book a 9 AM slot for a service? Book all of them in!

Custom Questions:
Want to know more about a customer, before they make the booking? You can do this using our Custom questions feature, which give you a ton of options to choose from, on the type of question (Text, Email, Radio button, Drop-down, Multi-select and File upload), also, you can make the questions as required or non-required based on your choice. ​

Customer Reschedule and Cancel:

On our Premium plan, you can also allow your customers to Reschedule and Cancel appointments. Also, you can set specific timelines, on cancellation and rescheduling appointments and only have them cancelled, 3 minutes, 3 hours or 3 days before the appointment. Post which, the customer wouldn't be able to make changes.

On our free plan, the cancellation or rescheduling of an Appointment is only possible through the Admin.
