Free plan - Appointo

Can I try Appointo for Free on my store?

Yes, Appointo does have a free plan. And we offer all the basic functionalities on our Free plan. You can only add 1 product on our Free plan; however, the product can have unlimited variants.

Basic Functionalities provided on our Free plan:

Take Unlimited number of bookings, for one product.

Multi-Language Support:
Our system automatically translates to your store's primary language. Currently we support 20+ languages.

Supported Languages are:"ar", "bg", "ca", "da", "es", "fi", "fr", "id", "it", "ja", "ms", "nl", "pt",
"ro", "sk", "sv", "th", "vi", "zh-tw", "en", "de", "is", "no"If your language is not supported, 
please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], 
and if feasible, we will add the support for the language in 24-48 business hours.


Rescheduling and Cancellation - Admin:
On our Free plan, you can reschedule/cancel any appointment through the Admin. Also, the notifications for Rescheduling/Cancellation or changes to the event are sent to both the customers as well as the admins. ​

Manual Bookings - from Admin:
You can also create Manual Bookings directly from Admin, if needed, if a customer reaches out to you via a call/email and asks you to schedule an appointment for them, you can easily create a booking for them from our Dashboard. To book them Manually, you need to head over to:

(Appointo > Bookings > Manual Booking > Select Variant > Select Customer > Apply)

Blocking Certain Days:
In case, you are out of town, or on vacation and do not want customers to book for some days, you can easily block out dates through Appointo.

Timezone support:
The time slots that a customer sees when they visit your website, is automatically changed to the customer time-zone. However, if needed, you can set it up in such a way that it would always show the times in store time-zone, thus reducing confusion for in-store appointments/services.

Multi-day events:
Appointo allows you take bookings for consecutive days instead of just time of a day.
